What is Qigong?
Qigong is a practice for exercising consciousness. Consciousness is the master of life, it controls all aspects of our body and the way we experience ourselves and the world around us. Consciousness uses everything we have learned from the world to make these interpretations: our beliefs from our family, religion, culture, as well as our own experiences in the world. All of this forms patterns of behavior, and often these patterns are harmful to ourselves. If we can purify our patterns, we can perceive and interact with the world from a completely different place, which allows us to live in harmony, feel free, relaxed, and natural all the time.
To achieve this, Qigong uses certain tools that help us to strengthen and purify our body at different levels. Qigong uses physical movement, breathing, sounds, vibration, hand positions or mudras, and visualization as tools to help our consciousness guide the Qi in specific ways, combined with the teachings of Dao, allow us to achieve the goal of transforming our lives, strengthening our body, mind and soul, and making new decisions that allow us to live the life we always wanted.
But why Zhi Neng Qigong?
We are going through a moment of crisis, where our sense of morality is being displaced by practicality, by immediate benefit, without taking into account the consequences. Humanity has advanced in the material plane in an exponential way in recent years, but progress in the development of basic human qualities has stagnated: confidence, openness, gratitude, love, respect.
Zhi Neng Qigong is a way to begin reconnecting with our essence, to understand ourselves, to study the impact of our thoughts and emotions on ourselves and the world, and ultimately, to become scientists of life. If we do not start living from our hearts, there are not many hopes for our long-term survival.
About Zhi Neng Qigong
Zhi Neng Qigong is one of the many styles of Qigong. The mission of Zhi Neng Qigong is to help us awaken our inner wisdom, study and understand the impact of our consciousness on our own lives and the world around us, so that we can make better decisions that benefit ourselves and those around us.
Zhi Neng Qigong is designed so that anyone who wishes can have access to its teachings. It is easy to learn and practice, safe and highly effective. The fact that it is safe allows it to be taught through books, videos and limited time classes, and its practice can be done without the supervision of a teacher. Traditional Qigong often requires the supervision of a teacher to ensure that the practitioner is not performing incorrect movements that can cause harm. This is not the case with Zhi Neng Qigong.
Given its effectiveness, practicing this style is especially useful for modern life, where people have limited time to dedicate to themselves. This style does not require an extreme commitment, as traditional Qigong practices often do, where if one truly wants to progress and make a fundamental transformation in life, it requires isolation from the world and exclusive dedication to practice.
